Our Professional Levels
Advanced Designer. Design Team members take classes on the Hair
Excellence System of Hair Cutting and Design, Styling, New and Advanced
Technology in Hair Color and Permanent Waving, requiring about 1 1/2 years
of training.
Master Designer. After about 1 1/2 years of additional training, a Designer is
tested to become a Master Designer. Designers continue his or her education
attending monthly seminars and hands-on workshops on all aspects of hair
cutting, styling, color and permanent waving.
Artistic Designer. After 2 years as a Master Designer, a Design Team member
is eligible to become an Artistic Designer. Artistic Designers exemplify the
ultimate in professional hair design and are actively involved in all salon
projects.
Artistic Director. This Team Member has received many years of education
and possesses the requirements to teach classes on the Hair Excellence
System.
Advanced Designer. Design Team members take classes on the Hair
Excellence System of Hair Cutting and Design, Styling, New and Advanced
Technology in Hair Color and Permanent Waving, requiring about 1 1/2 years
of training.
Master Designer. After about 1 1/2 years of additional training, a Designer is
